Returns & Refunds Policy
At Silver Creek Town, each item tells a story — carefully crafted, limited, and made for those who choose them with intention. As such, we ask all customers to make their selections thoughtfully.

Cancellations & Refund Requests
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our collectibles and fragrance products, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee eligibility for cancellation once a reservation or order is placed.

Order Cancellation After Delivery
If your item has already been delivered, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you or an appointed third party received the goods.
To exercise this right, you must email us a clear statement of your decision.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition. We will refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee applies, but return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be purchased within the last 30 days

  • Be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Have received prior written return authorization from us

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order items, including all sculptures and fragrance collector editions

  • Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or sensory reasons (e.g., perfumes)

  • Items that have visible signs of wear or alteration

  • Goods inherently unsuited for resale due to their artistic or collectible nature

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized packages may be refused.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return (if approved). Refunds for gifted items will otherwise be sent to the original purchaser.
